By using Booze Explorer, you agree to these terms. You may use the app only if you are legally permitted to access alcohol-related content where you live. Booze Explorer does not sell alcohol and is not intended for children.
Informational use and responsible choices
Cocktail recipes, alcohol estimates, calories, ingredient information, and preparation guidance are provided for general information. Values are estimates and can vary by product, measure, and preparation. The app is not medical, dietary, or safety advice.
Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive, and follow local laws, health guidance, and product labels. You are responsible for checking allergies, dietary restrictions, and ingredient suitability.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure.
- Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings.
Community standards
Community exists for genuine drink reviews and discussion. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Booze Explorer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate it solely to operate and improve the service.
- Do not post harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, dangerous instructions, spam, fraud, or illegal content.
- Do not impersonate others, expose private information, or infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
- Do not manipulate reports, ratings, or service safeguards.
- Use reporting and blocking tools in good faith.
Moderation and suspension
We may filter, hide, remove, or review content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or abuse the service. Automated signals can temporarily hide reported content, but moderation decisions may be reviewed by an administrator. You can report concerns through the app or contact support.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls; introduce malicious code; scrape the service at scale; or use it in a way that harms users, providers, or the service.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We may update features, drink data, these terms, or access requirements. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Booze Explorer is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
